Terms & Conditions — lgo888 Official Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the lgo888 website accessible at https://lgo888.cam, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated software.
• "We" / "Us" / "lgo888" refers to the operator of the Platform and all its subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing or at lgo888's discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all time-sensitive Platform operations.

To be eligible to register and use the lgo888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
3. You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
4. You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from lgo888 or any associated platform;
5. You are not acting in a professional capacity to exploit or abuse the Platform or its bonus systems;
6. You are not employed by lgo888, its affiliates, or any company related to the provision of Platform services;
7. You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a legally binding agreement.

lgo888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the lgo888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify lgo888 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lgo888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify lgo888 of any unauthorized access.

• Accounts must be registered using your own legal identity; fictitious names or aliases are not permitted.
• Only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is allowed.
• Joint or shared accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• lgo888 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, lgo888 will send a confirmation to your registered email address. Your Account becomes active once this confirmation step is completed. Certain Account features, including withdrawal processing, are only available after KYC verification is completed (see Clause 4).

lgo888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and anti-money-laundering best practices. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before funds are released.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at lgo888's discretion:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM) showing your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) used for deposits, confirming ownership.
• Source of Funds: In certain cases, documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited may be requested.

All documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. lgo888 processes KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during business hours (WIB). You will be notified by email of the outcome. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account restrictions.

Deposits: lgo888 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in the vast majority of cases; where delays occur due to banking system issues, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–10 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals are only paid to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the details on file with your KYC documentation. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• lgo888 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Any balance arising from suspected fraudulent deposits will be frozen pending investigation.
• lgo888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your Account, lgo888 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount at any time.

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion is not supported at this time. lgo888 is not responsible for any exchange-rate losses arising from external transfers.

lgo888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 25x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period, typically 7 days from the date of credit.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• lgo888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Placing opposing bets (known as "bonus hedging" or "arbitrage betting") using Bonus Funds is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Winnings derived entirely from Bonus Funds may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified per promotion.

All games available on lgo888 — including sports betting markets (bandar bola, mix parlay), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between general terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail.

lgo888 uses independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure outcomes are genuinely random, unbiased, and free from manipulation. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games and are verifiable on request.

• In sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF for badminton). In the event of a void event, stakes are returned.
• lgo888 reserves the right to suspend markets and delay settlement while an event outcome is under official review.
• Any bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a technical error, data feed delay, or any other reason — are void and stakes will be returned.
• lgo888 does not accept liability for any typographical errors in published odds. In cases of manifest errors, bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will be settled at the corrected odds or voided at lgo888's discretion.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.

lgo888 participates in responsible gaming networks to identify patterns of problematic play and may, at its discretion, impose account restrictions without prior notice to protect the welfare of the player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lgo888 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the proceeds of crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate odds, or otherwise defraud lgo888 or fellow players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to lgo888 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not explicitly authorized by lgo888.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, data feeds, or odds compilations.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward lgo888 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.
• Placing bets for the purpose of exploiting promotional terms (bonus abuse) in a manner that constitutes low-risk or risk-free wagering contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes without express written consent from lgo888.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform's content or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lgo888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, lgo888 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, or events beyond lgo888's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Any delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) or e-wallet operators.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any decisions, actions, or results arising from your use of information or tools available on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, lgo888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting lgo888 support via email at [email protected]. Upon your request, lgo888 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money Balance (after deducting any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

lgo888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• lgo888 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct prohibited under Clause 8.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• lgo888 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

In cases of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, lgo888 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all funds may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

lgo888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Archived versions of prior Terms may be made available upon request to [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lgo888 holds its operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents lgo888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
